Situated 3 km North of the Maryborough CBD, Maryborough Park International Exhibition and Equestrian Centre is located on the Bruce Highway. It is 114 km South of Bundaberg, 213 km North of Caboolture and only 254 km or 3 hours from Brisbane.

Maryborough Park is a totally fenced site of 105 ha that is a Reserve for Showground and Recreation managed by the Maryborough City Council.

Half of the grounds is dedicated to buildings, exhibition and training areas with considerable infrastructure including a sealed road network, excellent lighting, enclosed and under-cover facilities including arenas, grandstands, sale-yards, sheds, canteens, bars and offices as well as numerous powered drive-through sites and amenities for festivals and camping.
This section of the grounds includes grassed display areas, a lake, Pony Club approved cross-country courses for all grades and a race-track.

The other half of the site is a bushland setting within the fenced grounds and adjacent to the developed site. This area has EFA approved Horse Trials courses (with Introductory to CCI). There are numerous bridle path trails and wetland areas with abundant birdlife.

The Park provides exceptional facilities for equestrian, education, enterprise and entertainment purposes.
